How to register to order online?

Click on "create your account" icon, fill in all the fields and press submit. Once this step is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you to complete your registration. You can then reconnect to your Merenda account by entering your email and password. Click on add a child and complete the registration using the drop-down menu and click on submit. Please take note, that you must indicate your child's group when completing the registration. A second confirmation email will be sent yo confirm your child's registration.

Do I have to order order every day?

No, there is no minimum of meals to order. You can even order only once in the month.

What are my payments options?

We use Nuvei Payments for all our on-line transactions; all payments are done by credit card.

When should I place my order?

At the end of each month, an email will be sent to you automatically, informing you that the new menu for the following month is now available online. However, please note that you can order at any time during the current month, but be aware that we have a delay of two business days, so plan ahead of time if you want a meal on a particular day. Example: If you place your order on a Monday then Tuesday and Wednesday are not available for you to order. Next available meal will be on Thursday.

How to print my menu, after placing my order?

Once you completed your order, you must return to your Merenda account. Below your child's name, click on the month you want to print/view. Your selections will appear and a field on the right side of the screen gives you the option to print your menu.

Are the meals and menus approved by a nutritionist?

All our meals are approved by our nutritionist.  In addition, we adhere to the food policy of the Ministry of Education as well as that of the School Board.

What is included in a meal?

All meals contain the daily serving of protein, vegetables and starch. 
The meal is served with sides : dessert and beverage.
You also have the option of ordering the meal only (without any side).

Can I cancel an order/meal?


YES, you can cancel a meal at any time during the month. Simply return to your account and choose the meal to cancel.

IMPORTANT: YOUR MEAL CAN BE CANCELLED UNTIL 7:00 AM THE SAME MORNING

A credit will be granted directly in your account usable on your next order.

What is the difference between a regular portion and an adolescent portion?

The regular portion is 325 grams and the adolescent portion is 400 grams (depending on the meal)

What is the procedure to modify my order?

In order to make a change to an order in progress, you must cancel the order in question by simply returning to your account and choosing the meal to cancel. You can then place a new order with the desired meal. Everything must be done within 48 working hours to have access to the 6 choices.
